Printer Disconnected
If the Master or Kitchen apps are unable to display a printer in the Printer tab in the Settings of the app please follow these steps in sequential order. If one of these steps below resolve the issue, do not continue with more steps.
1. Make sure that the printer is on.

2. Force quit all Master and Kitchen apps. Relaunch the apps.
If your iPad does not have a home button, swipe up from the bottom edge of the display. Once the application is a small window, swipe it upwards out of the screen.
If your iPad has a home button, double-click the home button. Once the application is a small window, swipe it upwards out of the screen.

3. Make sure that Local Network is enabled.
To enable local network, go to Settings > Apps > Master or Kitchen. Enable Local Network. Relaunch the Master or Kitchen app.
Go back to the Printers' tab in the Settings of the app and try to connect to the printer.

4. Force the printer to identify itself on the network.
Turn off the printer.
Unplug the ethernet cable from the printer.
Turn the printer back on without the ethernet cable being plugged in.
Once all lights stop flashing on the printer, plug the ethernet cable back in.
Go back to the Printers' tab in the Settings of the app and try to connect to the printer.
