Moneris Go Plus Payments Without Internet

If you no longer have internet on the Wi-Fi network assigned by MYR, you can continue to take payments with Moneris Go Plus by following these steps:
1. On Moneris go Plus you need to access the Wi-Fi settings and then disable Wi-Fi.

Note:
Do not launch Go Integrated. While you are in SIM card mode, you will be using the Moneris Go Plus' Sale app to input the amounts to charge manually.

2. On the Master tap on the settings icon, enter your PIN and go to the POS Terminal tab. Enable SIM Card Activated and go back to the Menu.
3. When you checkout on the Master at the payment screen you will be able to tender the order as paid by Credit or Debit manually.

Note:
This will no longer send the amount to charge to Moneris Go Plus. Therefore you should only select Credit or Debit once the payment passes on Moneris Go Plus.

4. If Moneris Go Plus is unable to use the SIM card, contact Moneris.

Once internet is back on the Wi-Fi network assigned by MYR, to reconnect Master to Moneris Go Plus by following these steps:

1. On Moneris Go Plus you need to access the Wi-Fi settings and then enable Wi-Fi. Moneris Go Plus will reconnect automatically to the Wi-Fi assigned by MYR.

Note:
Launch Go Integrated.
2. On the Master tap on the settings icon, enter your PIN and go to the POS Terminal tab. Disable SIM Card Activated and go back to the Menu.
3. When you checkout on the Master at the payment screen you will be able to send the amount to charge to Moneris Go Plus by pressing on Card.
