Master: Tickets

Your ticket will contain all of the items you have added to it.

If you have open tickets and/or drive-thru enabled, there will be two tabs at the top. Active and Open. The Active tab will have the ticket you are working on to complete. The Open tab will have any tickets you leave open or set as drive-thru.

UPDATING AN ITEM

Tap on an item if you would like to make changes to it.

REMOVING AN ITEM

To delete an item from the ticket swipe from item's price to the left.

ADDING AN ITEM

To add an item to the ticket, tap on the Item button or tap onto the Menu tab.

APPLYING A DISCOUNT

To apply a discount to the entire ticket, tap on the Discount button. You can add a discount that you created in your back office, or apply a custom dollar or percentage discount by tapping on the Open Discount button.

To remove a discount tap on the selected one to unselect it or tap on the Red trash icon.

NOTES

To apply notes to a ticket, tap on the Notes button.

You can add Sale notes which will be printed on the sale receipt. Particularly useful for entering the Customer's name.

You can add Kitchen notes that will be displayed on the Kitchen Display and printed on the chit. Particularly useful for allergies.

To clear the notes, tap on the Red trash icon.

CANCELLING A TICKET

To cancel a ticket tap on the Red trash icon and confirm. You can also cancel a ticket by deleting all items in the ticket individually.

CHECKING A TICKET OUT

Once a ticket is finalized, check out by tapping on the Green button with an arrow.
