If you are using a Kitchen Display, Open Tickets or Drive-thru, after checking out a ticket, you will have the choice on how to process the order.
If Open Tickets or Drive-thru are enabled, the Tickets' tab will have two tabs at the top. Active and Open.
All orders that are left open or set as drive-thru will appear in the Open tab. any ticket that is being entered from the menu will appear in the Active tab.

Process For Here
This will send the order as is to the Kitchen. Any items flagged as To Go will remain as To Go, and any items For Here will remain as For Here.

Process To Go
This will send the order to the Kitchen as To Go. All items, regardless if flagged To Go or not, will be sent as To Go.

Leave Open
This will set the ticket aside in the Open tab. It may be reopened later to add to it or to tender the order out.
Note: If you have enabled the Table/Seat number pop-up to appear in your back office, it will allow to optionally assign a table and seat number to the order when leaving it open.

Drive-thru
This feature will only be available if you are using a Kitchen Display. Once an order is set as Drive-thru, it will be sent to the kitchen and set aside in the Open tab. It may be reopened later to add to it or to tender the order out.
