Master: Open Tickets & Drive-thru

All open and drive-thru tickets will be found in the Open tab at the top of the Tickets' tab.
Taping on any open ticket will open up the ticket with all items that were already processed. From there you can choose to add new items or to checkout and complete the order by tendering it out with a payment method.

Adding Items
When adding items to the ticket, once completed, highlighted in Green will be all of the previously added items.

Cancelling an Open Ticket

To cancel an open ticket, swipe from right to left like you would removing an item in a ticket.

Reprint an Open Ticket

If you would like to reprint an open ticket's customer bill or a merchant copy, tap on any open ticket. In the top right there is a printer icon. From there you can select to Reprint, a customer's copy, or a Duplicata which is a merchant's copy.

Removing Items

You cannot remove items from an open ticket. You can however add a negative prices Various Item to the ticket to reduce the total value of the open ticket.

Updating Table & Seat Number

Tap on the Blue area of any open ticket to edit the table and seat number.
