If you no longer have internet on the Wi-Fi network assigned by MYR, you can continue to take payments with the Clover by following these steps:
1. On the Clover you need to access the Clover dashboard, navigate to the "Cellular Data" section, and then enable the SIM cards you wish to activate. The "Wireless Manager" app on the Clover device can also be used to toggle SIM card activation.
Note:
Do not launch Network Pay Display or REST Pay Display. While you are in SIM card mode, you will be using the Clover's Sale app to input the amounts to charge manually.
2. On the Master tap on the settings icon, enter your PIN and go to the POS Terminal tab. Enable SIM Card Activated and go back to the Menu.
3. When you checkout on the Master at the payment screen you will be able to tender the order as paid by Credit or Debit manually.
Note:
This will no longer send the amount to charge to the Clover. Therefore you should only select Credit or Debit once the payment passes on the Clover.
4. If the Clover is unable to use the SIM card, contact Clover.

Once internet is back on the Wi-Fi network assigned by MYR, to reconnect Master to the Clover by following these steps:
1. On the Clover you need to access the Clover dashboard, navigate to the "Cellular Data" section, and then disable the SIM cards you wish to activate. The "Wireless Manager" app on the Clover device can also be used to toggle SIM card deactivation. The Clover will reconnect automatically to the Wi-Fi assigned by MYR.
Note:
Launch Network Pay Display or REST Pay Display and press Start .
2. On the Master tap on the settings icon, enter your PIN and go to the POS Terminal tab. Disable SIM Card Activated and go back to the Menu.
3. When you checkout on the Master at the payment screen you will be able to send the amount to charge to the Clover by pressing on Card.
