All of your reports are based on the Z report time and time zone you set in the Reports' tab. If you close before midnight, we recommend keeping the Z report time set to 12 am.
Note: If set your Z report time past midnight, the reports will be from the set time to the following day.
All reports can be viewed online or exported as CSV files.

X & Y Reports
X and Y reports printed via the Master app can be either complete or consolidated. This setting is controlled in the Reports' tab.

Master Report
The master report is a data dump of every order whether it was completed, refunded or cancelled, what was ordered, by what device at what time, etc. The report is extensive that can be viewed for a selected date.

Net Report
The net report is your sales’ totals. You can select any custom period ranging from one day to one year in length. There is also the option to have the totals per day by selecting the consolidated check box and to group same days of the week.

Breakdown Report
The breakdown report shows you all items and options sold as well as refunded. You can select any custom period ranging from one day to one year in length.

Sold Out Online Report
If using any online platform, the sold out online report will list any item and option that is sold out on any online platform.

Combinations Report
The combination report shows you all items and options sold as well as refunded combined to know what options are chosen with what items. You can select to see a daily, weekly or monthly view.
The weekly and monthly views are a total for a selected week or month.

Trends Report
The trends report shows you all items and options sold over time in a dollar or quantity value.
You can select to see a weekly, monthly or yearly view.

Timing Report
The timing report records processing times which is the time it takes to start taking an order until it is paid for using the Master app.
Note: If you are using the Rover app, the timing report displays the time it takes to start punching in an order until the time it is relayed to the Master app.
Note: In the case of open tickets, the time it takes to start taking an order until it is left open.
Note: If you are using the Kitchen app, the timing report displays the preparation times which is the time it takes to swipe an order as completed once it appears on the kitchen app.

Onsite, Online, Onsite & Online
If you are using any online platforms, you can select to view reports of all orders made onsite, all orders made online or a combination of the two.

Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Reports
You can add emails to receive an overview sales report by email for the different periods.

Hourly Sales, Labor Costs, Food Costs
On the Dashboard tab you will find hourly sales which can be compared to any other day or compare a weekly or monthly average to another period.
Note: If you are using the punch clock feature, the labor costs will be displayed.
