OPTION GROUPS

Option Groups are used to group your options when linking them to your menu items. This allows you to set different selection rules per option group.

You can change the order in which the option groups show up by dragging and dropping them in the middle column’s panel.

You can duplicate an option group which will create a copy of the option group and all options it contains.

There are several different settings available when creating and editing an option group. They are listed below.

WHOLE/LEFT/RIGHT MODIFIERS

If you have enabled Pizza Mode, you can activate an option group to allow selecting options on the Left and right size of a pizza or onto the entire pizza on the Master and Rover apps.

ONLINE ONLY

If you would like to have an option group of options available online only and not be visible on the Master and Rover apps, you can do so by enabling this.

This is particularly useful if you require an option group to be available with items and mandatory options to be selected for online orders versus onsite.

ONLINE NAMES

Based on the different platforms you are using you can set a name for the category which would be different than on the Master and Rover apps.

OPTIONS

Options are the different choices that come with your menu items and are grouped by option group.

You can change the order in which the options show up by dragging and dropping them in the middle column’s panel.

There are several different settings available when creating and editing an option. They are listed below.

ONSITE NAMES

You can set a vanity name which will be the name displayed on the Customer app as well as on the receipt.

You can set a kitchen name which will be the name displayed on the Kitchen app as well as on the kitchen chit.

PRICE

The option's price is before taxes. It will be taxed based on the item's tax settings when the option is linked to it.

MULTIPLIABLE

If this setting is enabled, the option may be selected multiple times. The price of the option will also be multiplied and added to the item.

MODIFIERS

If you are using modifiers, they will be listed and you can then select which modifiers you want to make available per option.

When you click on the '+' icon, it will display all available modifiers. You can select specific ones individually. If you want to select all available modifiers, you can do so by selecting them all next to the '+' icon, and vice versa for unselecting them all.

Note:
If you have all selected, when you add a new modifier in the modifiers' section, it will be automatically selected with the option.

ONLINE

You can select what options you do not want to make available on what online platform.

You can set an option as Sold Out on all online platforms.

You can set a different price per online platform.

Note:
Some online platforms have a pickup price versus a delivery price.
