Sales Specialist, Montreal (QC)
About the role
MYR is currently looking for a Sales Specialist to join our mission in helping quick-service restaurants increase their efficiency and grow their business with new streams of revenue.
In this role, you will be generating new opportunities through various channels, targeting relevant prospects, taking them through the benefits of MYR for their business, and then moving them to a winning stage.
We are looking for someone with a strong sales drive with the ability to explain, in a simple manner, technology to restaurant owners, build strong relationships, and be able to close deals quickly.
Must be bilingual in English and French.
Must have experience selling restaurant tech.
What we need your help with:
- You will bring the customer through the full sales cycle from qualification to demonstration to closing
- You will make sure to sell the right solution to the right client
- You will nurture your pipeline to reach your monthly objectives
- You will coordinate with the marketing team and the sales team to attain your monthly sales goals
- You will coordinate outbound cold and warm calls, as well as inbound leads generated on a weekly basis
- You will report your sales weekly with the Head of Sales
What we are looking for:
- Sales experience with a proven track record of selling business to business
- Ability to clearly and quickly identify the customer’s needs and be able to propose the right solution
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Basic knowledge of software and networking
- Good knowledge of restaurant processes
- Previous sales experience in SaaS would be advantageous
- Previous use of relevant CRM tools would be beneficial (we use HubSpot)
- Ability to measure and report key SaaS metrics and KPIs
