What differentiates us from competitors like Toast/Clover and other POS solutions?
MYR is built specifically for QSRs and franchises.
Do you integrate with 3rd party delivery providers?
Yes, we are directly integrated with to UberEats, DoorDash, Grubhub, Ritual and SkipTheDishes. There is no need for another 3rd party software such as Deliverect, Otter, Checkmate or Chowly. MYR also offers your very own web app for online ordering.
For deliveries, do you have a delivery service company?
We collaborate with the two largest delivery companies in the nation to offer cost-effective delivery services, turning the delivery process into a potential profit center for your restaurant.
Do we create loyalty points?
MYR's loyalty program is an "earn and burn" model. You decide the number of points your customers get back with every purchase.
Can I access my account on my phone?
Yes. MYR's back office is mobile friendly.
How long does the installation take?
The entire onboarding process once the quote is signed and paid for can take up to 3 weeks based on your availability for training and menu creation. The actual installation of the system at your location takes less than 1 hour.
Can you rent hardware?
MYR does not rent hardware but has financing and leasing partners for hardware and software costs.
Cost to purchase a set up (hardware)?
The hardware costs for a POS station range between $1500 to $2000.
Can I use my own equipment?
As long as the equipment meets MYR's specifications, you are welcome to source your own. However, purchasing through MYR may be more cost-effective due to wholesale pricing from its suppliers.
Does MYR create QR codes?
MYR will provide you with your own QR code if you decide to use MYR's web app for online ordering.
Can MYR import a menu if needed?
Most menus can be imported as long as they are available in a CSV format.
What do I do if the power goes out?
The POS systems are battery-powered or on a battery backup source, they will run while the power is out.
Is MYR available on Android tablets?
MYR is available on iPads only.
If I’m seasonal, can I pause my account until I reopen?
Simply remove your credit card from your back office.
Can my clients enter their own information on the customer display?
The customer facing display is not a kiosk. It showcases promotions and their order.
For employee discounts, can we know which employee got the discount?
You can create a discount for every employee in the back office. All applied discounts will be individually tallied in your reports.
