Their story
Melk offers three convenient locations for coffee connoisseurs where their artisanal roasts are from 49th Parallel. The coffee shop was named “Melk” following a road trip in Amsterdam. The word “Melk means “Milk” in Dutch.

Melk’s modern minimalistic environment is clean, cozy and inviting at both locations. Artwork is a focal point at the Stanley street location and is regularly rotated to keep the look fresh. The lines of natural wood create unique modern seating areas that are in and of themselves a work of art. Seating for two is accented with marble table tops and a bar area with sleek bar stools complete their look.
Delicious and quality food
Not only do they take great care to ensure the quality of their coffee is consistent, they have an in-house bakery which produces delicious pastries. Their saucer sized cookies are delectable and their crumble muffins are so enticing you can’t eat just one. Whatever you select, you will be pleased. They serve a generous selection of gluten free taste treats, of which the scones are simply to die for.
